Youth Development Professional (YDP)
Youth Development Professionals work directly with our club members providing a safe, positive environment, FUN in the Club, opportunities and expectations, supportive relationships and recognition. YDP's plan out lessons and activities by organizing and implement their assigned programs. Programs are ran within the following five areas; Character & Leadership, Education and Career Development,Health & Life Skills, The Arts & Culture, and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.
